Betagro Support Vaccine Research With #recover19

The leading Food Producer Betagro Group continues to bet on its BETAGRO #recover19 project, which allowed it to donate 10 million baht to support COVID-19 vaccine research.

Mr. Vasit Taepaisitphongse, Betagro Group Chief Executive Officer and President, led the donation’s executive team.

The project aimed to support the coronavirus vaccine research of the Thai Red Cross Society, The Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and The Faculty of Medicine Chulalongkorn Foundation.

Mr. Vasit Taepaisitphongse said that Betagro Group has been aware of the impact that the virus has had on Thais’ economy, society, and quality of life since the pandemic began.

That is why the company has endeavored to provide urgent and continuous assistance to the government, health organizations, and the general public. The BETAGRO #recovery19 project aims to support and encourage Thais to get through the crisis together, he said.

“For the return of covid-19, Betagro Group sees that quick access to Covid-19 vaccines can help restore the health of the Thai people and get the economy back to normal,” he added.

Furthermore, the company faithfully believes that cooperation from all sectors to support the organizations behind vaccine research and development can promote Thai sustainability and enable Thais to overcome the second outbreak of cases.
