Centara Launches New ‘Centara Life’, an Upper-Midscale Brand

Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand’s leading hotel operator, has officially introduced Centara Life, an upgrade from the previous Centra by Centara, establishing it as the new upper-midscale brand with a total of nine properties.

Eight of the establishments are located throughout Thailand, and one is situated in Muscat, Oman.

The rebrand involves more than just a change of name; it also introduces unique features that enhance the guest experience at every Centara Life property.

With the motto “Elevate The Essentials,” guests are treated to conveniences such as anytime check-in, a complete 24-hour stay, flexible breakfast hours until 4 pm, daily delights, and night-time instant noodles.

These benefits are included in the room rate, although the instant noodles are an exception, and opting for a late breakfast means receiving a set meal rather than the full buffet.

The benefit of a 24-hour stay allows guests to use their room until the same time on their departure day, which is particularly advantageous for travelers arriving on late-night or early-morning flights. The daily delights consist of free snacks available throughout the day.

Moreover, certain properties offer additional services such as shuttle services for exploring the local area and an app that provides discounts at nearby shops, catering to guests seeking more freedom and flexibility in their travel.

The Centara Life portfolio includes nine properties, such as Centara Life Government Complex Hotel & Convention Centre Chaeng Watthana, Centara Life Hotel Bangkok Phra Nakhon, Centara Life Avenue Hotel Pattaya, and Centara Life Phu Pano Resort Krabi.

Others include Centara Life Hotel Mae Sot, Centara Life Cha Am Beach Resort Hua Hin, Centara Life Maris Resort Jomtien, the newly opened Centara Life Lamai Resort Samui, and Centara Life Muscat Dunes Hotel.

Additional launches are planned next year for Centara Life Hotel Surat Thani and Centara Life Ratchada Hotel Bangkok.
