Central Retail Receives World’s Leading Digital Retailer Awards

Central Retail Public Company Limited, also known as CRC, remains committed to international business and has decided to strengthen its presence in the market as Asia’s leading retailer in pioneering innovation.

The group’s success has been endorsed by seven prestigious awards in different aspects, such as Retail App of the Year for its Central App and Supermarket of the Year for Tops Market. Two international institutions have also awarded CRC: International Finance Awards and Retail Asia Awards, demonstrating the company’s progress in digital transformation to enhance its first-class business and customer experience.

Central Retail’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Yol Phokasub was also recognized with the Luxury Retail CEO award by the UK leading financial and business magazine International Finance for helping the group achieve its objectives in various industries in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

The top department store in Thailand, Central Department Store under Central Retail, was pleased to receive the Retail App of the Year award for its “Central App.”

Tops Market won the Supermarket of the Year award after elevating its new store format and rising to the top spot among premium lifestyle supermarkets in Thailand for providing high-quality goods from all over the world and creatively showing them to offer new shopping experiences and satisfy customers’ changing needs.

Additionally, Central Food Retail was named the winner of the Omnichannel Strategy of the Year Award for establishing seamless shopping experiences across numerous multi-omnichannel platforms and physical stores.

Central Retail’s Supersports was awarded Sporting Goods Retailer of the Year, highlighting its status as a top sporting goods retailer after becoming an international brands hub with a variety of athletic goods trusted by prominent sports companies globally.
