ICONSIAM, the world-class mix-up development located on the majestic Chao Phraya River, has unveiled its new ICS, a “Mixed-Use Lifestyle Town.”
The ambitious project has been developed to amplify the Thonburi area’s prosperous potential, hoping to foster the integration of urbanity and community while offering a wide range of retail, office and hotel facilities to suit today’s lifestyles.
ICS Company Limited’s managing director Mr. Supoj Chaiwatsirikul said that ICS brings multi-modal transport links by road, Skytrain and ship, as well as a direct connection to ICONSIAM, to serve both Bangkok and Thonburi residents.
Key facilities include a new concept modern lifestyle supermarket “Lotu’s,” the first-ever Hilton Garden Inn in Bangkok: the 241-room Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok ICS Charoen Nakorn, and a Lifestyle Healthcare and Wellness Center by one of Thailand’s leading hospitals.
ICS houses a lifestyle mall designed under the concept “Always a Good Day” to deliver and convenience to customers. ICONSIAM’s new project will also feature over 200 brands operating in multiple segments, including home/living, fashion, financial services, beauty & cosmetics, IT, and other daily life necessities.
Customers looking for dining options can find a diverse selection of over 80 food and beverage brands, including some world-renowned chains set to open their first outlets in Thailand.
ICS office facilities have already managed to attract leading educational services and IT solutions companies, bringing in solid traffic every day.
According to Mr. Supoj, ICS, a “Mixed-Use Lifestyle Town” is set to serve the needs of business and leisure travelers, who are seeking more and more hotels and conference facilities as travel and demand increase.
ICS is expected to become a magnet to drive ICONSIAM in the industry and position the brand as a major player offering comprehensive and integrative services for all customer segments.
