Sansiri Allow People To Buy Properties With Cryptocurrencies

A digital wallet full of cryptocurrencies but no idea on how to spend them? That is not an issue anymore! From now on, everyone can invest their digital assets in properties in Thailand thanks to the latest move of local real estate powerhouse Sansiri.

On Thursday, the Thai company announced that it had teamed up with Thai fintech startups Bitazza and XSpring Digital to add cryptocurrency operations to its allowed transactions.

That means investors can now use their digital currencies to buy houses or other properties in the kingdom. XSpring Digital specializes in asset tokenization, providing financing opportunities and access to traditional assets through its investment portal.

Sansiri became its main shareholder two months ago after investing 2 billion baht on a 15% stake.

Additionally, Thailand’s largest digital asset broker licensee Bitazza offers a secure platform for users to sell or buy their crypto through its networks in the kingdom and the rest of Southeast Asia.

This innovative joint partnership brings many benefits to investors or crypto holders.

Sansiri, in conjunction with its partner startups, allows people to buy, reserve, or pay for houses, condos, and annual common fees without having to open a new wallet. Plus, potential buyers can confirm XSpring Digital pricing in just five minutes, the firm claims.

On the other hand, thanks to Bitazza’s contribution, investors can choose any of the four cryptocurrencies available to pay for their new and beloved property.

These are Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETC), Tether (USDT), and USD Coin (USDC).
