The Forestias Sales Soar As Buyers Seek Healthier Lifestyle

The Forestias has become the go-to place for health-conscious home buyers, especially in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, it’s considered the world’s first town designed to offer a healthier living, which has allowed it to increase its sales to around 13 million in just one quarter, according to Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC).

The Forestias, which promises a space adapted for different lifestyles and generations’ needs, is a community of 398 rai (64 hectares).

The project is located in the booming Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) on Bangna-Trad road kilometer 7. It’s also Thailand’s largest private sector property development project and has multiple residential, community, and commercial components and parkland.

Mr. Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, Project Director – The Forestias, MQDC, said that the recent opening of the Foster+Partners designed Forest Pavilion, with 11 residential sample units, has also attracted homebuyers to the site as it allows them to visualize its concept, design quality, and specifications of the types of houses.

The Forestias has seven different residential components with homes ranging from around 5 million baht to 250 million baht.

Each has been designed around different lifestyle needs, including some with built-in natural elements or superlative standards of build and appearance. Mulberry Grove Condominiums and Villas have been the top-selling, with more than 6.3 billion baht sold, followed by Whizdom condominiums with more than 3 billion baht.

Mulberry Grove Villas perfectly suit Thai extended-family living.

Some of them were created under a unique concept of flexibility. The villas can be linked by discreet walkways, allowing different generations within large families to stay close to each other without neglecting their privacy.

The Forestias is expected to have all of its components completed in the first half of 2024.
