The owners of Sing Sing and Iron Balls have launched their latest offering in Phrom Phong with this quirky and comfortable Italian-style eatery.
It’s being delivered by head chef Chris Beverley (Previously of Theo Mio), the kitchen pushes out perfect home-style Italian food in a cozy and relaxed setting, that formerly housed Quince. One can expect dishes such as Agnolotti del Pin (B240), a handmade stuffed pasta with prosciutto, mortadella and parmesan cheese and Tartufo Nero Pizzette (B240), a miniature pizza with mushrooms, mascarpone, scamorza and liberal amount of truffle paste. They also have signature drinks like the Bitch Spritz (B260) and Gigi Bellini (B295).
