Currently, the business manages two culinary outlets in Bangkok, with its inaugural branch at Crystal Design Center and another at The Nine Rama 9. Leading the collection is Rizz & Zigma, inspired by “God Rays,” dazzling beams of sunlight that break through the clouds and symbolise hope and new beginnings. Its youthful name combines the popular Gen Z slang terms “rizz” and “sigma,” giving the drink a confidently cool and charming personality that elegantly complements its bright, contemporary spirit.
Crafted with organic Thai jasmine rice in the classic Kölsch tradition of Cologne, Germany, this approachable ale offers a wonderfully smooth and easy-drinking profile. Gentle floral, herbal, and spicy notes lead to a crisp, refreshing finish that defines its distinctive appeal.
Next comes Black Flash, a dark lager capturing the incredible power and mystery of black holes. Brewed using Thai Riceberry and chocolate malt, it blends mellow roasted flavours and subtle spice with clean bitterness, allowing its hidden depths to unfold with each sip.
Solstice completes the trio as a lively Cold IPA drawing on the solstice, aurora, and golden hour—three spectacular expressions of light at its most beautiful.
