Visa Offers Infinite Cardholders Exclusive Chef-Led Experiences

Visa, a leader in digital payments, is inviting Visa Infinite cardholders to explore a different side of Thailand’s colourful culinary scene with Visa Infinite Tastes: Beyond the Menu. The curated series of chef-led experiences takes guests beyond traditional restaurant settings to uncover the people, places, and creativity shaping some of the country’s finest cuisine.

This programme presents three tailored encounters at Terra Ananta (Haoma), Cadence by Dan Bark, and 80/20, ranging from an overnight escape in nature and an elegant evening inside a private home to a unique journey exploring the flavours of Bangkok’s Chinatown.

Available to Visa Infinite, Visa Infinite Privilege, and Visa Infinite Private cardholders, every session is limited to six to ten people. This allows diners to interact directly with the chefs, gain behind-the-scenes access, and discover the personal stories that define each menu.

Beyond the Menu extends across Asia Pacific, with each destination drawing upon its own culinary culture and talent. Its Thailand edition continues this regional vision through three carefully designed occasions that reveal new aspects of the country’s diverse food scene.

Anthony Watson, Visa Thailand’s Country Manager, stated that today’s wealthy consumers are increasingly drawn to experiences that feel authentic, meaningful, and tailored to their interests. This evolving preference signals a broader shift in exceptional dining, where the personal discoveries surrounding a meal now matter just as much as what is on the table.

He added that Beyond the Menu deepens visitors’ appreciation of fine cuisine by bringing them closer to the people behind it. With participation and open exchange at its heart, the programme presents a more immersive approach to gastronomy, less bound by formality.

Explore Exceptional Dining Beyond the Traditional Restaurant Setting

Chef Deepankar Khosla invites guests to Terra Ananta, his private farmhouse set amid the peaceful countryside of Kanchanaburi, for The Wilderness Table: Forest & Fire. Scheduled for September 19, the special overnight experience is limited to six participants and spans approximately 24 hours, with a main emphasis on nature and communal open-fire dining.

The menu champions locally grown, seasonal, and foraged ingredients whilst Chef Khosla shares how the landscape guides his philosophy of sustainable gastronomy. The itinerary also includes breakfast and an optional sunrise hike before the journey back to Bangkok.

On October 17, Chef Dan Bark and Fay Tragoolvongse welcome ten lucky diners into their home kitchen and living space for The Time Machine. The occasion evokes the feeling of a laid-back evening shared among friends instead of a conventional night at a restaurant.

Food and conversation bring to light the memories and pivotal moments that have shaped the couple’s creative partnership, allowing diners to discover a personal side of Chef Bark and Tragoolvongse. Cadence by Dan Bark continued to hold one MICHELIN star last year.

At 80/20, The Culinary Explorer allows patrons to work alongside Chef Thav Phouthavong and his team as they explore the art of cooking and plating on October 25. A multi-course tasting menu follows, inspired by the lively character of Bangkok’s Chinatown, whilst Chef Thav reveals the sourcing practices and cultural influences which underpin each creation.

Reservations are now open for the three special events scheduled across September and October. With attendance limited to preserve the small-group setting, eligible cardholders are encouraged to check availability and secure their places through Visa Infinite Access.
