The internationally renowned specialty coffee scene player, The Coffee Academics, has unveiled a new lineup with special menu items including delicious dishes, drinks and desserts carefully crafted by professional chefs and baristas to celebrate Valentine’s Day and the love season.
Its new menu items will be available throughout February. Those who want to indulge in the month of love can enjoy Valentine’s special dishes at Gaysorn Village, Velaa Sindhorn Village Langsuan and Megabangna branches.
The romantic meal begins with “Orange, Walnut, Pomegranate Salad” (220 baht), a fresh but stimulating salad with orange, walnut, cherry tomato, pomegranates, feta, green salad, edible flowers and vinaigrette dressing.
As romance fills the air, lovers and friends can try the “Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa” (320 baht) and sweeten the day with the recommended dessert: “Red Hong Kong Style Bubble Waffle” (250 baht), a Hong Kong-style bubble waffle with blueberry, strawberry, grilled banana and mild vanilla ice cream.
There’s another lovely dessert for such a special day: the “Princess Valentine” (190 baht), which perfectly combines white chocolate, cream cheese, strawberry jam and mascarpone.
And they can’t miss the characteristic chocolate for a celebration full of passion and joy. Therefore, chocolate lovers are invited to enjoy its “Tropical Valentine” (220 baht) made with dark chocolate and tropical fruits like passion fruit, mango and pineapple.
The Coffee Academics has also prepared a quality selection of drinks and specialty coffee, using first-class Arabica coffee beans from 50 independent farms globally to craft three special menus.
The first drink is the “Bubble Dirty” (190 baht), a dirty coffee special version with bubble gum and rose flavor that perfectly complements a delicious and energizing espresso shot. Diners can then taste the “Madam Rose” (220 baht), a sparkling coffee with the refreshing rose scent and “Thailand House Blend” espresso shot’s mouth-watering smell and taste.
The unforgettable drink selection ends with the “Blossom Lady” (220 baht), a sparkling tea drink made with TCA blend tea, pleasant floral scent and sweet and sour tea jelly.
These new delicacies, sweets and drinks are available throughout February at The Coffee Academics’ partner locations (except for CentralWorld and Regent’s International School Bangkok).
