This summer, the new alternatives “Espresso Tiramisu” and “Banoffee” make their debut. From June 17 to August 14, 2021, people can taste the all-time favorite Italian dessert, Tiramisu, characterized by its intense coffee and cream cheese flavor. It has a shot of Thailand House Blend espresso and is soaked in the liquor aromas of Disaronno Amaretto and Tía María.
But all the alcohol evaporates during the baking process, leaving a delicious, aromatic, and guilt-free dessert.
The made-in-house Tiramisu is available at The Coffee Academics for 160 baht alongside the other new debutant, Banoffee, sold for 140 baht. This dessert is made with bananas and creamy caramel buttercream with a touch of tangy but delicious passion fruit.
Plus, it’s topped with caramel toffee to give it that sweet, shiny note it needs!
