Gucci Osteria represents a partnership between the fashion brand Gucci and Chef Massimo Bottura, the chef patron of the renowned three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana.
As one of the three global locations, in addition to Tokyo and Beverly Hills, Gucci Osteria Seoul offers exquisite dishes that blend the essences of Italy and Korea through a dynamic selection of meals.
The six-course menu at VIU commences with a Black Pearl Garden, showcasing Korean caviar, and proceeds with Kimchi Chronicles, an ideal fusion of Korean and Italian gastronomy.
The main dish, Rosso e Nero, is a hashed tenderloin inspired by the “Godfather trilogy” that the chefs proudly developed during a previous event.
The culinary journey concludes with the customary signature dessert of every Gucci Osteria, the Viaggio Universale di Charley, an homage to Chef Massimo’s chocolate-adoring son.
The Gucci Osteria Seoul experience is offered at THB 5,100++ for food alone, or THB 7,800++ with wine pairing included. It is available from April 27-29 for dinner only at VIU, The St. Regis Bangkok.
