CASA LAPIN Revamps Ratchathewi Location for a More Relaxed Vibe

CASA LAPIN has revealed a sleek redesign of its Ratchathewi branch, marking an exciting new chapter for the chain known for its long-eared rabbit logo and charming cafés across Bangkok. This resplendent space features a dynamic green colour scheme and a minimal design, reflecting the brand’s move toward a more vibrant, inviting ambience at its stores.

Beyond the stylish revamp, CASA LAPIN is now a hotspot for both coffee and food lovers, with a menu crafted to match its lovely beverages. The firm’s membership programme via LINE Official is also decent, offering perks like special coupons and seasonal promotions.

At Ratchathewi, the café’s welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and cool products – from bags of coffee beans to T-shirts – invite guests to linger. Whether you’re grabbing a drink, working, or enjoying a meal, CASA LAPIN’s fresh take combines relaxation and creativity.

Handily located on the ground floor of Evergreen Place Siam by UHG hotel, the upgraded branch is just a short stroll from BTS Ratchathewi station, which for anyone unfamiliar with this area is just a stop further on from the super-busy Siam station on the Sukhumvit Line.

With the illustrious brand entering its 12th year, the CASA LAPIN x Ratchathewi renovation demonstrates the company’s ambitious plans going forward. From the outside, its striking design features are impressive to anyone walking by, showcasing immaculate mint green tiles and a glass-fronted façade, bringing together elegance and a refined brand identity.

Inside, the colorful tiles reappear behind the bar and on columns, adding a playful twist to the café’s decor, as do the adorable bunny logos throughout. Should you wish to work on your laptop while you savour tremendous coffee, then you have come to the right place.

A Charming Space With a Selection of Mouthwatering Creations

The rebranding initiative was unveiled around September 2024, and will gradually roll out across all locations. One thing does always remain the same at its many stores situated in Bangkok: CASA LAPIN only uses select coffee beans and superior ingredients in its food.

Certainly, it is phenomenal coffee that put CASA LAPIN on the map and made the brand a top choice with enthusiasts in Thailand. Since day one it has been loved by those looking for genuine, delicate sensations and distinctive flavours only found in single origin brews.

Seasonal drinks are another area where the firm has stood out, as can be seen in the two photos above. Available between April and May, its Thai produce “Tropic Summer” series showcases its creativity with offerings like the pink and red Summer Pearl smoothies, the green and brown Guava Twist, and the layered, orange and white, Sunkissed smoothies.

Bagels are always a good idea, so why not try one of CASA LAPIN’s excellent selection of baked delights? Its Smoked Salmon, Chicken Caesar, and Meatball Bagel Sandwiches are amongst the best-selling food items here, and one of the establishment’s top specialities.

Another tasty dish to enjoy at CASA LAPIN is the Breakfast Plate, comprised of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, hash browns, avocado, cherry tomato, and sourdough bread. If you prefer something lighter, you could order the Burrata Salad, featuring fresh burrata, premium tomato, wild rocket, homemade balsamic caviar, and a tangy balsamic dressing.

The Chicken Pesto Pasta, as shown in the photo above, merges flavoursome chicken and al dente pasta with a rich, nutty basil pesto, delivering an epic taste. On its Asian-Inspired menu, the Creamy Omelette Rice and Stir Fried Shrimp also dazzles as a must-try entrée.

For all loyal CASA LAPIN customers, you will be pleased to find out the company uses the ‘CSLP Membership’ system organised via its LINE official account on the LINE application, allowing you to accumulate points, and earn rewards whenever you purchase something.

As the photo just above demonstrates, an impressive range of products and merchandise awaits at the Ratchathewi branch, all made to a very high-standard. Bags of coffee beans, coffee making machines, coffee cups, travel flasks, T-shirts, baseball caps, tote bags, and stickers are available to buy, giving visitors an opportunity to bring the experience home.
