From Delicate Starters to Rich, Masterfully Seared Main Courses

Begin your evening by sampling carpaccio for a refined introduction, followed by pastrami with coleslaw, before moving onto beef tartare — a potent expression of raw meat artistry. Each plate represents a palpable evolution of flavours and perfectly executed techniques.

A highlight of the main courses is the Café de Paris steak, shown in the first picture below, spotlighting a succulent cut of Carrara Wagyu seared to an elegant char and finely placed alongside baby carrots and asparagus. Other lovely selections include Rossini tenderloin, Wagyu ravioli, glazed short ribs, and Japanese teriyaki skewers that are great for sharing.

For those seeking local flavours, Thai boat noodles are well worth trying, as they combine a beloved street-style noodle dish and specialty Wagyu into an epic delicacy. Grilled beef tongue, kra pao nuea, and intercostal cuts paired with nam jim jaew can also be enjoyed.
