Ventisi, the well-renowned restaurant specialising in Italian and Thai food at the Centara Grand CentralWorld, has announced their latest culinary event: a luxury lobster and international buffet, which will be taking place on Saturday evenings in January.
On Saturday, January 22 and 29, diners will be able to enjoy an irresistible feast of lobster delicacies offered at its buffet dinner, characterised by bringing Italian and local inspiration through their live cooking stations, allowing food lovers to try some of the special dishes on offer.
Prepared to order and served at the table, each dish promises distinctive flavors and will deliver lunique dining experiences to all in attendance. There are four specialties: Lobster Bisque with Lobster Morsels, Lobster Gratin, Black Tagliolini Pasta with half-grilled Canadian lobster, and Grilled River Prawn with Pomelo Salad.
This first-class buffet selection includes a wide variety of fresh seafood on ice, and has a delectable range of sushi and sashimi. Ventisi Restaurant also offers splendid appetizers and salads, flavoursome soups, mouthwatering homemade breads and tasty main courses with meat and fish specialties, with many Thai favorites and some Italian classics.
There is also an impressive international cheese selection to savour, as well as a delicious variety of desserts, pastries and decadent ice creams for those with a sweet tooth to satisfy their tastebuds.
The luxury lobster and International buffet takes place on Saturday, January 22 and January 29 at Ventisi Restaurant, located on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld. It is due to run from 6:00pm through to 10:00pm and is priced at THB 1,690++ per person (adults) and THB 990 net (children aged 6-11) with children under 5 years of age dining for free.
Guests can also enjoy unlimited water, coffee, tea or soft drinks for just THB 149++ per person.
