Bangkok World Music Day 2026 will return on Saturday, June 13 with a vibrant celebration of free live music, cultural performances, and creative programming across five stages at One Bangkok and Alliance Française Bangkok.
Running from 2pm until midnight, the ten-hour festival takes inspiration from France’s globally recognised Fête de la Musique, bringing together more than 30 Thai and international artists across a wide range of genres.
Audiences can expect everything from pop, indie, molam, hip-hop, jazz, and electronic music to DJ sets, experimental sounds, and busking performances throughout the day.
A major highlight of this year’s edition is the GLITTER BALL at Alliance Française Bangkok, which will celebrate ballroom and voguing culture through live performances, dance, and community-led expression.
The programme also forms part of the festival’s Pride Month celebrations, placing a strong spotlight on Bangkok’s queer creative communities.
The event will also feature “Echoes of Plurality,” a collaborative initiative designed to support young women and queer DJs within Bangkok’s electronic music scene.
Through workshops, artistic exchanges, and connections with international artists, the project aims to create a broader platform for emerging voices in the city’s nightlife and music culture.
Beyond the stages, festival-goers can explore food markets, interactive activities, and street-style performances, creating a full-day experience that extends well beyond a traditional concert setting.
Performances will be spread across five stages, with highlights including Thai acts such as indie rock band YONLAPA, celebrated drummer Salin, singer-songwriter Hugo, and band H 3 F.
International names on the lineup include French electronic duo OJOS, Danish artist JJ Paulo, Italian musician Claudio Filippini, cellist André Mergenthaler, and French electronic artist Olympe 4000.
At the Main Stage at One Bangkok Park, performances will run from 4pm to 10pm, featuring Hot Like Hell, NIXSA JINGLE, YONLAPA, OJOS, Salin, and JPBS x DuckUnit.
The Chang Canvas stage will operate from 3:15pm to 11:15pm, with a lineup that includes pami, JJ Paulo, GYMV, H 3 F, Hugo, The Young Wolf, and TONTRAKUL. The Busking stage will take place from 2pm to 4pm.
The Wireless Club will run from 2pm until midnight, hosting Ham Tanid, Hot Club of Siam, The Hymmapan Electron, BKK Beat Cipher, RomRom, Olympe4000, NON NON NON, and a special DJ from Germany.
Alliance Française Bangkok will also host its own programme from 2pm to 9:45pm, adding another cultural dimension to the festival through performances, community-led programming, and Pride Month activities.
