Central Pattana is set to open the first phase of its flagship project, Central Park, on September 4. Located at the key intersection of Rama VI and Silom, the shopping centre will debut partially, marking the beginning of its journey to becoming a world-class retail destination.
Spanning 23 rai with 130,000 square metres of retail space, Central Park will feature 230 brands and a premium office tower under the concept “Here For All Of You.”
The development aims to showcase a curated mix of leading Thai and international fashion labels, alongside globally recognised favourites.
Positioning itself as Asia’s next culinary hotspot, Central Park will offer an extensive selection of global cuisines, including several first-in-Thailand restaurant openings. Highlights include Michelin Guide eateries and celebrated Bangkok street food vendors.
One of the project’s most anticipated features is the 7-rai Roof Park, touted as the largest elevated green space in central Bangkok.
Inspired by iconic urban parks such as New York’s Central Park and London’s Hyde Park, the space lends its name to the overall development.
Designed with Biophilic principles, Roof Park will include walking and jogging paths, an open-air amphitheatre, and pet-friendly zones. Once completed, it will also serve as a venue for cultural, music, art, and lifestyle events.
The project also features Central Park Offices, a 43-storey, state-of-the-art office tower offering panoramic views of Lumphini Park. The office building is already operational and welcoming tenants.
A grand opening is scheduled for November, with the full launch to include world-class brands, Thai designers, new concept stores, and immersive experiences such as a light and sound show.
