Mango Art Festival is making its highly anticipated return from Wednesday, May 7 to Sunday, May 11 at River City Bangkok, Charoen Krung 24, transforming the venue into a vibrant hub where everyone can explore and celebrate the power of art.
Renowned as Thailand’s most comprehensive art festival, the five-day event brings together art enthusiasts for groundbreaking exhibitions and thought-provoking showcases, uniting people across borders under the theme “Connected World.”
The festival highlights the connections between ideas and cultures through collaborations among artists, galleries, curators, collectors, and art specialists, blending Thailand’s dynamic art scene with fresh global perspectives.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet both Thai and international artists, discover the latest trends, and admire works from leading galleries. It also serves as a platform for emerging talents to showcase their creations and spark future collaborations.
This year’s edition celebrates three artistic disciplines—visual art, design and performance, and music—across five distinct zones.
The “Special Exhibition Zone” presents a curated lineup of acclaimed Thai artists, including Piya Charoenmuang, Vayupad Ruttanapet, Rakfha Chartnarin, Tweesak Romnee, Wannita Tankeng, and Suchaya Thongrom.
The “Newcomer Zone” is dedicated to emerging artists making their debut in the art world, while the “Independent Artist Zone” features thousands of original pieces by over 50 independent artists, each reflecting their unique styles, techniques, and visions.
Showcasing leading galleries from Thailand and abroad, the “Gallery Zone” encourages mutual discovery, connection, and inspiration.
Meanwhile, the “Craft Zone” delights shoppers with a vibrant selection of handcrafted goods, design items, and artisanal products in a variety of styles.
Other highlights include art business matching sessions connecting artists with galleries and brands, as well as engaging seminars, interactive workshops, and live performances blending music and art.
Admission to the exhibition is free. For more information, please check out the Mango Art Festival website.
