One Bangkok, a landmark development by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand), located on Rama IV Road, will open to the public starting October 25.
This expansive development, covering approximately 17 hectares of prime real estate, stands as one of Thailand’s most significant private sector projects, boasting a US$3.2 billion investment.
One Bangkok strives to embody “The Heart of Bangkok,” offering an array of world-class facilities, including office towers, a mix of luxury and lifestyle hotels, residences, and retail options.
One Bangkok
The complex offers a vibrant mix of amenities, including three dynamic retail experiences, five office towers, and five luxury and lifestyle hotels—featuring Bangkok’s premier Ritz-Carlton and Andaz hotels.
The development also includes three upscale residential towers and a lively arts and culture scene, all nestled within eight hectares of lush greenery.
Retail Experience
The development is home to three interconnected retail experiences: The Parade and The Storeys, both opening on October 25, and Post 1928, slated to open in a future phase. Each area provides a distinct mix of shopping, dining, and leisure options, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences.
Food Heaven
The district proudly hosts Thailand’s first Mitsukoshi Depachika, a cutting-edge food destination offering Japanese and international groceries within an authentic Japanese ‘depachika’ food hall setting.
The “Food Loop” presents an All Day, Everyday Dining Journey, spanning 1.5km and featuring 250 dining venues. This culinary stretch ranges from renowned fine dining establishments to bustling street food outlets, creating a comprehensive dining experience for all visitors.
Cultural Landscape
Art is prominently featured throughout One Bangkok, especially along the “Art Loop,” a 2km pathway adorned with a diverse array of artworks and extensive programming. Soon, the development will reveal permanent public sculptures by internationally celebrated artists Anish Kapoor and Tony Cragg.
Urban Green
Guided by principles of People-Centricity, Green Sustainability, and Smart City Living, One Bangkok focuses on enhancing visitor experiences through meticulous planning and design. This includes an intuitive layout and substantial green spaces aimed at improving daily life.
The project dedicates half of its total land area to green spaces, infusing the urban landscape with nature and linking Lumphini Park and Benjakitti Park to form a continuous green corridor.
One Bangkok aspires to redefine sustainable urban development in Thailand, aligning with the ambitious Bangkok 250 initiative, which seeks to propel the city into the future with significant infrastructure improvements and sustainability efforts by its 250th anniversary in 2032.
Prestigious Business Address
Included in the development are five office towers, with three already operational: One Bangkok Tower 3, One Bangkok Tower 4, and One Bangkok Tower 5.
These towers are equipped with state-of-the-art, touchless technology and feature expansive, open office layouts. Each tower provides direct access to MRT Lumphini and has multiple entry points on Wireless and Rama IV Roads, ensuring seamless connectivity.
