Yunomori Onsen & Spa Hosted YPS Pilates Club’s Wellcation in Pattaya

Yunomori Onsen & Spa, Thailand’s first Japanese hot spring, recently teamed up with YPS Pilates Club, trusted for its emblematic body-conditioning classes held in public parks and outdoor settings. Together, they assembled a wellcation event in Pattaya on December 13 that saw hundreds of health devotees absorb a wonderful day of wellness and relaxation.

Driving the collaboration was the “Pilates Sister Go” scheme from YPS (Your Pilates Sister) built around community. Led by Kru Kaew, the touring series turns everyday workouts into shared experiences, reinforcing participants through movement and deeper connections.

Attendees also had the chance to try a Thai ceramic ice bath, sound healing, and a herbal inhaler workshop. These exclusive activities set the stage for special Pilates sessions with the brand’s founder alongside Bebe, the hugely-talented actress, singer, and fitness icon.

Yunomori Onsen & Spa is renowned as Southeast Asia’s first authentic onsen, centring on hot spring bathing and spa treatments in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Singapore. Merging time-honoured Japanese onsen traditions with Thai healing culture, the brand has created this journey through warmth and stillness, elevating the harmony of guests for over a decade.

Located just a short distance from the charming coastal destination of Jomtien Beach, the Pattaya branch delivers a marvelous spa retreat that inspires health-conscious individuals to unwind, rebalance, and discover holistic therapies amid calming seaside surroundings.

After an early check-in at Yunomori’s A-Square branch on Sukhumvit Soi 26, the gathered participants were transported to its Pattaya location while savouring healthy snack boxes, consciently prepared to energise bodies and minds for all the physical challenges ahead.

A Curated Series of Activities Reinvigorating Vitality and Spirit

Wellcations support thoughtful rest and renewal, combining wellness-shaped experiences with leisure to revitalise overall well-being through tailored initiatives. This collab between YPS Pilates Sisters and Yunomori Onsen & Spa grew from a collective mission to naturally incorporate restorative care into daily life by means of intentional, accessible approaches.

As seen above, Kru Kaew appears on the left and Bebe on the right, leading eager guests in a Pilates class, one of the programme’s key highlights. The session began with expertly guided warm-up exercises, followed by a selection of stretching and yoga-inspired poses.

The onsen experience provided numerous bathing offerings designed for deep relaxation and therapeutic relief. Enrollees could visit mineral-enriched hot baths, cold plunge pools, and Thai ceramic baths to ease muscle tension while raising optimal balanced circulation.

Sound healing was another highlight, as those attending lay down to immerse themselves in soothing frequencies that enabled calmness and mental clarity. These gentle vibrations helped to harmonise the entire sensory state during each engaging thirty-minute session.

The Inhaler Workshop by KLAI provided traditional craft coaching, letting registrants make and go home with customized Thai herbal inhalers as swanky, fragrant souvenirs from the day. Complementing the rejuvenating retreat, Happy Rice thoughtfully prepared a special lunch spread that was scrumptious, focused around wholesome ingredients and flavours.

Everyone who took part in this distinct event had positive feedback, returning to Bangkok with a renewed spring in their step. Yunomori Onsen & Spa’s website here is well worth a visit should you need additional information about the business, as is its Facebook page.
