Anantara Thailand Launches Quarantine Wellness Programs

Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas have introduced a new wellness program that has been designed to refresh and balance the mind, body and soul of guests who are required to quarantine due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The luxury Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel and the Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, both owned and operated by Anantara Thailand, are the only certified Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) hotels in Bangkok to currently offer virtual in-room wellness programs.

Each guest will be paired with a personal health coach via live video calls during their stay at these two ASQ establishments, who will provide them with tailored advice on how to cope with their isolation period and how to maintain their physical and mental wellbeing.

Anantara Hotels has introduced a suite of new Enhance. Detox. Restore. wellness programs that are available during guests’ stays at their hotels. Each program features lifestyle wellness consultations with a specialist in Ayurvedic medicine via video calls that will help guests detoxify and restore their health after a period of time spent traveling.

Stress-inducing factors such as pollution and jet lag will also be considerably alleviated from incorporating Ayuverdic practices into your daily routine.

Anantara’s Quarantine Wellness Program To Keep You Fighting Fit

Anantara Thailand, the leading luxury hotel and resort company in Asia, has launched their new lifestyle wellness program, consisting of an Ayurvedic consultation with Dr. Sooraj Shankar that begins with a signature bath experience in the comfort and convenience of the guest’s room or suite.

Guests then take part in a virtual live consultation to learn about their individual health needs based on their vitals, genetics and diet preferences. After consulting with Dr. Shankar, each participant will receive personalized recommendations for nutrition, exercise and Ayurveda-based therapies to help them reach their optimum health goals.

The specialist doctor will be available for the guests to communicate with virtually via their smartphones or laptops each step of the way as they follow the Enhance. Detox. Restore. program’s schedule and work towards strengthening their immune systems, which is an important health consideration to give priority to during these challenging times.

The Enhance. program at Anantara Thailand provides daily yoga sessions and Smrithi meditation classes. Smrithi is a form of meditation that works to clear the emotional component of a disease so that further somatisation of the issue can be prevented.

The Detox. program offers a daily yoga class, a Pilates class, body stretching class, and a meditation class with the well-respected doctor. The activities will help to rejuvenate the hotel resident’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

The Restore. program offers an additional Smrithi class for guests to revitalise their spiritual energy after traveling or staying on-site for long periods of time as well as to prepare them spiritually before their departures from the two properties.
