Anantara Unveils Luxurious Dubai World Islands Resort

Anantara has arrived in Dubai’s World Islands archipelago with its new luxury resort in the Arabian Gulf.

The new luxury destination, located approximately four kilometers from the Emirates coastline, promises guests a new perspective and total retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests can visit the majestic island sanctuary and enjoy views of Dubai’s iconic cityscape, including the famous landmarks of Burj Khalifa and Burj al Arab.

Anantara World Islands offers a varied selection of accommodation options in 70 suites, beach, and pool villas. The villas also have private pools with alfresco dining areas and direct beach access while the two and four bedroom pool villas offer cozy yet spacious space to accommodate up to eight or 12 guests, respectively.

The resort’s strategic location in the World Islands, accessible by a 15-minute luxury speedboat ride from Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort jetty, provides guests with a calm and relaxing experience. Its Cinema Under the Stars at the end of a sandbank is ideal for those who want to enjoy a good movie with total peace and privacy.

There’s also Anantara’s signature Dining by Design, a bubble on the shoreline where guests can warm their hearts with a romantic candlelit dinner to the soundtrack of lapping waves.

Anantara World Islands also arrives as the only hotel in Dubai with its own luxury HamacLand, an exclusive floating hammock lounge where guests can recline to relax, enjoy VIP food services and indulge themselves with a delicious selection of beverages.

Those visiting the resort can also explore the surrounding islands of “The World” with cruises on luxury ships.

The island’s new sanctuary offers a variety of dining options including Qamar, an Arab-Indian restaurant with a southwest-facing deck perfect for sunbathing and shisha smoking. There’s also Helios, a casual Mediterranean restaurant where guests can have dinner or breakfast.

Visitors can also check out Luna, an elegant lounge bar for cocktails and light fare inspired by South American cuisine with panoramic elevated views of the city skyline, and Grand House, a lobby cafe overlooking the main terrace and pool serving coffee, cakes, and sandwiches.

The resort also features the Anantara Spa, with its six treatment rooms and beachside spa cabanas for wellness-focused therapies.

Anantara World Island Resort offers clients a private yet glamorous experience with prices starting at USD 400 per night excluding taxes for two people in a Junior Suite with shared breakfast included.
