Teen Fatally Killed by Brother’s American Bully Dogs in Lop Buri

A tragic incident occurred in Muang Lop Buri, where an 18-year-old teenager was fatally killed by three American Bully dogs owned by his brother at their family residence.

On Friday evening, Adisak Chansakulnee was attacked after he entered a second-floor room of the home where the three dogs, aged two, were housed.

The dogs had been brought to the home by Adisak’s older brother, Abhisit, 23, from Bangkok about a week before, according to Pol Maj Nattapong Wongwang, a police investigator at Tha Hin police station.

Security camera footage from the room revealed that Adisak had entered to interact with the dogs just before they attacked him.

After the initial attack, Adisak managed to escape to a first-floor room but was unable to close the door in time, allowing the dogs to follow and continue their attack.

Upon examining the scene, police discovered bite marks on Adisak’s head and limbs, noting severe injuries including a cracked skull and the absence of both ears. Pol Maj Nattapong noted that Adisak had been alone during the attack.

It was over 12 hours before his mother and brother, who had been trying to contact him by phone, returned home and found his body in the room with the dogs.

Mr. Abhisit informed the police that the dogs had not previously shown such aggression and that his brother had interacted with them before.

Mr. Abhisit speculated that the dogs might not have been familiar with his brother, or perhaps they were trying to defend their resting area.

Following the tragic event, the dogs were confined to their room pending further evaluation by animal behavior experts.
