The family of popular Thai travel YouTuber Hlun Solo is seeking public assistance after he disappeared from contact while travelling alone in Georgia, with relatives saying they have not heard from him for more than two weeks.
His brother, who posts on Facebook under the name Klose Mos, issued an appeal after repeated attempts to reach Hlun by phone and online proved unsuccessful.
According to the family, their last contact with Hlun was on July 13. He had travelled to Georgia on his own to film and produce content for his travel channels.
“Nobody in the family has been able to contact him since then, either by telephone or online, and everyone is extremely worried,” his brother wrote.
The family is now asking Thai nationals, residents and travellers in Georgia to come forward with any information that could help determine where Hlun may be.
“Even the smallest piece of information could be extremely useful in finding him,” the post read.
Anyone with information has been urged to contact Klose Mos directly or leave details beneath the Facebook appeal.
The family has also asked social-media users to share the post, particularly among Thai communities and travellers in Georgia, in hopes of reaching someone who may have seen him.
Hlun’s brother said the family had also contacted Thailand’s Department of Consular Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for assistance.
Hlun Solo is widely known for documenting his independent travels online. His Facebook page has more than 2.5 million followers, while his YouTube channel had around 914,000 subscribers, according to information shared with the family’s appeal.
The family has not publicly revealed Hlun’s planned route through Georgia, his last known location or any details explaining why contact was suddenly lost. No official information confirming his whereabouts has been released.
