Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who appears to be increasingly paranoid, is reportedly refusing to eat while detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York City.
Last week, the 54-year-old music mogul was arrested in New York and faces charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, transportation, and engaging in prostitution.
Currently, he is held at the Metropolitan Detention Center, where reports suggest he was recently moved to a section with enhanced security measures.
A former inmate, Larry Levine, claims to have a ‘source’ inside the facility who has shared insights on Diddy’s condition. According to Levine, Diddy’s refusal to eat stems from fears and paranoia of being targeted inside.
“Imagine if someone paid someone off on the inside to poison his food, give him a heart attack, and he dies,” the former inmate claimed.
“If somebody got to one of the correctional officers, this could happen. They don’t make a lot of money, and there are people out there that he’s got stuff on who do have a lot of money.”
Levine continued, discussing the potential motivations for such an attack: “They don’t make a lot of money, and there are people out there that he’s got stuff on who do have a lot of money.”
He added, “They feed the people in the shoe last. The food is bland, it’s a lot of carbohydrates. It fills you up, but you get sick eating it.”
“There’s mold in a lot of that food. Maybe he got sick from the food; that’s another possibility.”
It is reported that Diddy was relocated to a different section. He is now in the same jail section as convicted cryptocurrency fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried, according to sources.
He is confined in a special unit designed to house 18 to 20 inmates needing extra protection, such as high-profile figures or cooperatives in investigations, offering more security than general population.
On September 16, Homeland Security Investigations agents arrested him, and he was indicted the next day on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty but remains in jail after being denied bail twice.
Combs’ lawyer recently addressed the discovery of ‘1,000 bottles’ of baby oil at Combs’ home, suggesting the rapper simply prefers to purchase in bulk.
His lawyer, Agnifilo, remarked to The New York Post, “I don’t think it was 1,000. It was a lot. There’s a Costco just down the street. Americans, as we know, tend to buy in bulk.”
