Trump Confirms He’s “100%” Thinking About Running for President Again

The 45th president of the United States, Donald Trump, said he is “100%” thinking about running again for office in 2024.

However, only one president has achieved re-election after leaving the White House in US history. Grover Cleveland served as the 22nd president in 1885-1889 but won after running again, becoming the country’s 24th president between 1893 and 1897.

When asked if he was considering another opportunity, Trump responded to Fox Business News: “Yes. 100%” and added: “We will be very successful.”

His announcement came just a day after Joe Biden, who defeated the Republican leader in last year’s historic presidential election, declared the United States “on the move again” during his first speech to a Joint Session of Congress.

“Now, after just 100 days, I can report to the nation: America is on the move again, turning peril into possibility, crisis into opportunity, setback into strength,” Biden said.

In November’s poll, Trump was defeated by 306 electoral votes to 232 and lost in the popular vote by more than 7 million votes. However, the American businessman rejected the results on the grounds that there was electoral fraud.

The news about Trump’s possible run for president comes after FBI agents raided Rudy Giuliani’s home.

He was the former president’s personal lawyer and led the Trump administration’s failed legal battle to reverse the outcome of last year’s election. Giuliani’s lawyer revealed that search warrants had been executed and that authorities had confiscated mobile phones and computers.

The warrants also alleged that Giuliani failed to register as a foreign agent, which is considered a violation of lobbying laws.

Before the raid on the former mayor of New York’s residence, Trump said: “Rudy Giuliani is a great patriot, he does these things, he just loves this country, and they raid his apartment. It’s like, so unfair, and such a double standard, like I don’t think anybody’s ever seen before.”

“I don’t know what they’re looking for,” he added.

The former president of the United States went on claiming again that he won the last elections. “It’s a little bit late, but here’s the good news. We did great in the election. We did far better in the election. We had 75 million votes and I’ll tell you what – that election was won by us, it was not won by Biden,” he stated.
