BLACKPINK’s Lisa arrived at the 2025 Oscars with her rockstar energy. At 27, the talented rapper and dancer made history on March 2 as the first K-pop artist to perform at the Academy Awards, sharing the stage with Doja Cat and RAYE.
Her initial spotlight moment was a stunning appearance on the red carpet, dressed in a floor-length blazer and collared button-up by Mark Gong, cleverly layered over trousers.
While she often opts for sexy glam, Lisa chose an elegant look this time, featuring curls and bangs, complemented by a stylish headband.
In a conversation with E! on the red carpet, she expressed a desire to present “a different side” of her fashion sense.
Hosted by Conan O’Brien, this year’s ceremony takes place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, with performances also from the Wicked duo Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, and Queen Latifah.
Marking another milestone, Lisa continues her successful solo journey, which started with her 2021 hit “Lalisa” and an EP by the same name.

On October 15, 2024, she celebrated another milestone as she opened the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, a part of the brand’s first all-women music lineup.
She made a bold entrance at the fashion show, riding in on a motorcycle dressed in a leather bolero, leather bra, and a slit miniskirt.
