Lisa Becomes Nike’s New Global Ambassador in Key Partnership

Thai global star Lalisa “Lisa” Manoban, who represents Thailand as an Amazing Thailand Ambassador for the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), continues to strengthen her standing as one of the world’s most influential cultural figures.

She has renewed her role as brand ambassador for Dentiste, Thailand’s premium oral care brand, for a fourth consecutive year. At the same time, Lisa has officially entered a long-term partnership with Nike, becoming the brand’s newest global ambassador.

Nike announced the collaboration with a bold statement: “Not many get on a first-name basis with the world. Welcome to Nike, LISA.” The message reflects Lisa’s rare global recognition, underscoring her reach beyond music into fashion, sport, and culture.

The first campaign images were unveiled from Paris, where Lisa appears in a sporty look anchored by the iconic Nike Air Max 95 sneakers.

The visuals bring together music, street culture, and personal style, highlighting the natural connection between Lisa and a brand she has admired since childhood.

The Air Max 95, a long-standing symbol of street culture, holds particular meaning for Lisa, representing her long-term relationship with Nike and her distinctive approach to style.

As part of the collaboration, Lisa features prominently in Nike’s global campaign, taking part in advertising shoots while inspiring women across generations.

She continues to use her platform to promote confidence and self-expression through fashion and movement, reinforcing her status as a modern cultural icon.

In an exclusive interview titled “5 Questions with International Icon LISA,” she reflected on her early memories of Nike, tracing them back to her trainee days.

She recalled saving her pocket money to buy a pair of Nike Dunk Highs for dance practice—an experience she says remains one of her clearest memories associated with the brand.

“During my trainee days before Blackpink, and even before that, I would only wear clothes that were good for dancing, like tracksuits, really big T-shirts, and sneakers,” she said.

“I remember I saved my allowance to buy a pair of Nike Dunk Highs for training. I was so young, so that moment and those shoes will forever be one of my most vivid Nike memories.”

When asked about her fitness routine and how she maintains her toned physique, Lisa explained that dance remains her primary form of training. On days without demanding rehearsals or new choreography, she turns to Pilates for stretching and light cardio to stay active.

She added that getting enough rest plays an equally important role, often making the most of opportunities to sleep while travelling.

For Lisa, the partnership with Nike also represents a way to share positive energy, viewing fashion as a powerful form of self-expression. She draws inspiration from observing personal style across different countries during her concert tours.

“Just seeing how people dress in different parts of the world inspires me,” she added.
