Chrissy Teigen and John Legend will soon welcome their third child, a source close to the power couple has confirmed.
Legend and Teigen already have two children together- daughter, Luna, 4, and son, Miles, 2.
After the release of the music video of the new song of Legend and Gary Clark Jr., ‘Wild,’ speculations about a third child surfaced among netizens.
The video featured the entire family and in one shot, Legend could be seen hugging his wife from behind, as Teigen could be seen caressing her baby bump.
The couple first met each other on the set of a music video of Legend, way back in 2006. The couple dated for many years, before they finally tied the knot in 2013, in Italy.
The duo is one of the most adored celebrity couples on social media.
The music video for the song was released on August 13.
Although neither of them confirmed the pregnancy rumours, Teigen may have been hinting at it, when she retweeted the music video with the caption: “Watch it now for a beautiful surprise.”
The couple is known to announce their pregnancies in a unique manner. For instance, when Teigen was pregnant with Miles and decided to finally reveal the news, she put up a video on Instagram, with her daughter Luna talking about the “baby.” In the caption, Teigen wrote, “It’s John’s.”
On Snapchat, she then confirmed the news with a picture of a baby bump: “Very excited to not have to hide this anymore. Everyone I told first was like, ‘uh yeah, we knew thanks.'”
Recently, she opened up about her battle with postnatal depression after the birth of her first child.
“It was a sad existence. There were no highs. It was a flatline of life for a few months,” she said. “You hear these horrific stories of people not seeing their child as theirs, or wanting to hurt them, and I never felt that way. That’s why I put off getting it checked as I hated myself, not my child.”
She also revealed that she wasn’t worried about it the second time around as she was well aware of the warning signs by then.
