EURO 2020 Round of 16: Some Thrilling Ties Coming Up

This Saturday, the round of 16 of EURO 2020 will kick off. The best national teams from the group stage will continue their journey towards the dream of European crowning glory.

The first two matches to be played are quite promising: Wales vs Denmark and Italy vs Austria.

The Welsh and Danes will meet at the Amsterdam Arena. Wales finished second in Group A with one win, one draw and one defeat.

Denmark had a difficult start, losing their first two matches, but managed to qualify as runners-up in Group B.

Wales’ only absentee will be Ethan Ampadu (sent off against Italy) and Denmark’s only absentee will be Christian Eriksen. Wales are 4/1 to win with Sky Bet, while Denmark are 4/5.

The winner of this match will face Czech Republic or the Netherlands in the next round.

Meanwhile, Italy and Austria will meet at Wembley. Italy have won all their matches so far and top Group A; Austria have won two matches and finished second in Group C.

Italy will be without Alessandro Florenzi and Giorgio Chiellini, while Valentino Lazaro and Julian Baumgartlinger will be absent for Austria. Italy are 1/2 to win with Sky Bet, while Austria are 13/2.

The winner of this match will face either Belgium or Portugal in the next round.
