Titled “Thonburi Phanich presents LEA SALONGA Live in One Bangkok,” the performance marks more than three decades of Lea’s artistic journey, revealing her most unforgettable achievements vividly narrated under the theme “Stage, Screen & Everything in Between”.
Acclaimed for her award-winning role as “Kim” in “Miss Saigon”, the multi-talented Filipina artist sang original tracks for two much-loved Disney princesses, performing film versions of “A Whole New World” as Jasmine in “Aladdin” and “Reflection” as Fa Mulan in “Mulan”.
Deputy CEO of One Bangkok, Mr. Worawat Srisa-an, seen in the first picture above, stated at a recent press conference what an enviable honour it is to bring a star of Lea Salonga’s stature, adding that the partnership backs the venue’s aim to become a cultural landmark.
