American pop-rock band Maroon 5 will make its highly-anticipated return to Thailand next year for the “Maroon 5 Asia 2025 – Bangkok” concert, when Adam Levine and co. hit the stage to energize Bangkok’s IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani on Monday, February 3.
The Grammy Award-winning band is one of the top-selling acts of the 21st century, having sold over 135 million records in total globally! Maroon 5 is comprised of lead singer Adam Levine, rhythm guitarist James Valentine, drummer Matt Flynn, bassist Sam Farrar, rhythm guitarist and keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, and their keyboardist and vocalist PJ Morton.
“Payphone”, “Moves Like Jagger”, “One More Night”, “Maps” and “Sugar” are some of the boys’ biggest hits to date. They have amassed more than 26 billion combined streams on Spotify, and ten of their singles have each surpassed a mind-blowing one billion streams.
The Los Angeles-based outfit first launched into the spotlight with its debut album “Songs About Jane” released in 2002. The album went on to gain quadruple platinum status and smash hit tracks such as “This Love”, “Harder To Breathe”, and “She Will Be Loved” led to Levine and his bandmates nabbing their first Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2005.
In 2007, their sophomore album “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long” had its release, grabbing number one on the US Billboard 200 chart. Its fusion of pop, rock and R&B, characterized by catchy melodies and Adam’s distinct falsetto vocals, has attracted millions of listeners.
Maroon 5 has enjoyed continued success ever since, releasing a total of seven albums to date, with “Jordi” from 2021 being the latest, containing smash singles such as “Nobody’s Love”, “Memories”, as well as “Beautiful Mistakes”, featuring rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
Levine has also achieved solo success notably with “Lost Stars” from the hit movie “Begin Again”, in which he also acted alongside Keira Knightley, being nominated for an Oscar in 2015 for the Best Original Song. His role as a coach, on the massively-popular singing TV show “The Voice” on NBC for eight years, was the ideal platform to draw even more fans.
Maroon 5 will kick off its Asia tour in Manila in January 2025, followed by stops in Jakarta, Bangkok, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, and Kaohsiung. In 2022, the band played to thousands of fans in the Thai capital, winning terrific reviews for delivering an electrifying performance.
