Qraft, renowned for its Peace Oriental Teahouses and Ari’s cherished croissant shop, has now unveiled its first all-day dining venue on the 55th floor of the Empire Tower.
This new addition offers a wide-ranging menu that includes bakery delights and parfaits, a unique oriental brunch, and an izakaya evening selection, each complemented by a specially paired tea, living up to Qraft’s esteemed tea reputation.
Designed with ample space and a minimalist aesthetic, the interior features dark wood details, all set against the backdrop of stunning panoramic views, making it a feast for the eyes as much as for the palate.
The dessert selection brings a Japanese touch, incorporating special blends of Japanese flours and butters.
The brunch menu introduces creative concoctions like the Tokyo Ham Mantou Sando, a delectable open-faced sandwich made with soft mantou bread, topped with ham, strawberries, pomelo, and lychee.
Evenings at Qraft transition to an izakaya vibe, with a wood-fired grill offering a varied selection of vegetables, chicken, beef, and seafood.
Noteworthy dishes include the luxurious A5 Wagyu, savory Portobello Mushrooms with grated parmesan, and a spicy wasabi fried chicken.
The Empire Tower’s 55th floor is also home to % Arabica, Invitation Only bar, as well as Onggi, a Korean fine dining eatery.
Looking ahead, the Empire Tower is set to further broaden its dining offerings with new venues on the 56th to 58th floors.
This includes the Chef’s Table led by chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn, alongside Chef Vickey Cheng from Hong Kong’s Wing Restaurant, and two-star Michelin chef Paulo Auraudo.
Adding to the excitement, Nobu Hospitality will introduce Nobu Bangkok, Thailand’s inaugural Nobu restaurant. It is set to be the world’s tallest and largest Nobu eatery, adding a global culinary landmark to Bangkok’s skyline.
