Siam Paragon and ICONSIAM To Open Alternative Jab Station Monday

Siam Paragon and ICONSIAM have joined forces with the government and private sectors to open alternative vaccination stations in their retail premises to support the national COVID-19 inoculation agenda.

The jab spots will open from June 7, 2021.

Following the government’s strategy, they will provide immunization to people who have pre-registered through “Mor Prom” or “Thai Ruam Jai, Safe Bangko” platforms. Besides, the process will be carried out while complying with the maximum safety and prevention measures.

Siam Paragon launched its project “Siam Ruam Jai, Together We Fight Covid-19,” which seeks to accelerate mass vaccination to help Thailand overcome the health crisis.

It joins Bangkok Hospital, the Health Department under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), and the Thai Chamber of Commerce to set up an alternative jab spot at their convention hall, Royal Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon.

Royal Paragon Hall has 12,000 square meters of space and will operate under an efficient management system, serving more than 2,500 vaccine recipients per day.

Moreover, its areas are divided into five stations: verification and queue number, health screening and blood pressure measurement, registration, vaccination, and monitoring of post-vaccination symptoms.

ICONSIAM has also shown its support for the national vaccination mission.

In collaboration with Siriraj Hospital, the Health Department under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), and the Thai Chamber of Commerce, it will open the non-hospital vaccination station at ICONSIAM art Space, 8th.

The site is spacious with good ventilation and hygienic bathrooms, which ensures compliance with measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

ICONSIAM’s alternative jab spot will operate every day from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. and will have waiting areas, registration, verification, blood pressure measurement, health check, vaccination, certificate issuance, and monitoring areas for post-vaccination symptoms.

It’s expected to administer 1,000 shots a day.
