Henry Cavill Is Expecting a Baby With Girlfriend Natalie Viscuso

Actor Henry Cavill is going to become a father soon as he and his girlfriend, Natalie Viscuso, are expecting their first child together.

The 40-year-old star of Justice League and The Witcher shared the exciting news at the New York premiere of Guy Ritchie’s upcoming movie, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.

“I’m very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that,” Cavill told Access Hollywood.

Discussing his aspirations for fatherhood in a 2017 interview with Men’s Health UK, Cavill expressed his desire to be an active, healthy parent, saying, “If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who’s running around after them.”

“And if I do have kids, even now, it’s starting to get quite late. But I want to be a fit and healthy dad, not hobbling around like, ‘OK, I’m just going to catch a breather.’”

In 2021, Cavill and Viscuso, a television executive at Vertigo Entertainment, went public with their relationship on Instagram.

A month later, Cavill addressed his detractors with another post, stating, “I am very happy in love, and in life. I’d be enormously grateful if you were happy with me.”

“If you can’t bring yourself to be happy with me, then at the very least try to do yourself proud and be the best version of yourself.”

The pair first appeared together on the red carpet at the premiere of Cavill’s Netflix film Enola Holmes 2 in New York in October 2022.

In December 2022, Cavill and Viscuso announced their collaboration on an adaptation of the popular game Warhammer 40,000.

Cavill shared on Instagram that the partnership was a “blessing beyond words,” while Viscuso added, “Fantasy, horror, and sci-fi are the bedrock of my creative language, so when Henry introduced me to Warhammer a few years ago, I immediately felt at home.”

Cavill is also promoting the Guy Ritchie-directed The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, based on recently declassified British War Department files and inspired by true events.

The spy action-comedy features a special forces organization formed during World War II by Winston Churchill, and stars notable actors including Eiza Gonzalez, Alan Ritchson, Henry Golding, and others.

Reflecting on his time filming, Cavill remarked at the premiere, “We all got along really well, and it was just nice working with people who wanted to get stuck in, weren’t afraid of anything.”

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, starring Cavill and Alan Ritchson, is set to hit US cinemas on 19 April and will premiere on Prime Video in the UK later this year.
