Young Prodigy Jadon Sancho Completes Move to Manchester United

On Friday, talented winger Jadon Sancho was officially unveiled as Manchester United’s new player following a $100 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund.

The 21-year-old, who signed a five-year deal, was photographed in a Red Devils kit and also gave his first statements as a Red Devils player.

First of all, he showed his gratitude to his former club: “I’ll always be grateful to Dortmund for giving me the opportunity to play first-team football, although I always knew that I would return to England,” he said.

He also spoke about how excited he is about this new step in his career: “The chance to join Manchester United is a dream come true and I just cannot wait to perform in the Premier League.”

It is worth remembering that Sancho is the second English player who has cost Manchester United the most money in history, only surpassed by his new team-mate Harry Maguire.

On the other hand, the Briton did not hide his enthusiasm for the club’s project: “This is a young and exciting squad and I know, together, we can develop into something special to bring the success that the fans deserve,” he said.

He will now face the challenge of surpassing his great form at Dortmund, where he provided 50 goals 53 assists in 137 appearances.
