There will be an estimated 25,000 people in attendance over the four days, from more than 40 countries.

Discover the Very Latest in Café-Related Products and Services

ASEAN Café Show 2023 is organized by Kavin Intertrade Co., Ltd., a celebrated exhibition company with more than twenty years of experience in the industry. Last year’s show was a huge success, attracting thousands of attendees and featuring well over 100 exhibitors.

For the past 16 years these international trade exhibitions have been leading the way as a must-visit series of events if you are part of the coffee, tea, bakery or ice cream industries in Thailand. They serve as a hub, for both businesses and consumers in these sectors, by allowing them to present or discover goods, and connect to potential buyers and sellers.

The newly-merged bumper event reflects the massive rise in interest seen for coffee, tea, bakery and ice cream products, both in Thailand and the ASEAN region. Café and bakery firms in particular have become increasingly trendy, mainly due to consumers looking for artisanal, high-quality culinary treats, and “Instagrammable” food and drink experiences.

Under the concept of “One-Stop Café Solution”, this year’s event is set to showcase more than 250 exhibitors from some of the top food and beverage businesses across Thailand, China, Taiwan, and Singapore, spanning an area of 10,000 square meters. Attendees are able to browse over 8,000 discounted, cutting-edge products, from all around the world.

A host of organizations will be presenting both local and imported premium coffee beans, readymade brews, coffee machines, roasting machines, grinders, and more. For instance, Caffa Coffeemaker will be present with an incredible range of coffee making equipment.

Bakery owners also have the chance to peruse a number of items, such as pastry-making machines, spiral mixers, ovens, and waffle makers, as well as vital baking ingredients and utensils including flour, sugar, and measuring spoons. Furthermore, an array of ice cream related goods and ingredients are on offer, for anyone looking to run an ice cream shop.

Participate in Stimulating Workshops, Seminars, and Contests

If you plan to attend the combined event at BITEC, then you are in for a real treat in terms of the program of activities on offer, which have been divided into five categories: Coffee Demo, Seminar, Beverage Demo, Pastry Demo, and Coffee Competition. Attendees have an opportunity to meet with industry professionals and learn valuable lessons from them.

The exhibition will also host the annual Thailand National Coffee Roasting Championship, in partnership with the Barista Association of Thailand. Winners will have the privilege of representing Thailand at the international competition in Denmark next year, where they will have the chance of competing against other nations, gaining international exposure.

A highlight of the event is a seminar centered on leveraging AI for marketing purposes in café businesses, including insights on utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT to come up with promotional ideas suited to potential customers who are passionate about café culture.

Coffee Cupping provides a superb chance for anyone who wishes to develop their coffee tasting skills to explore the unique flavour profiles of award-winning Thai coffee beans, as featured in the 2023 Thailand Department of Agriculture competition. Or, why not have a go at cake decorating, and learn to make tasty macarons and pretzels from expert chefs.

The event will run from October 26 to 29, starting 10am until 7pm daily, and attendance is free of charge. Register in advance here or scan the QR code (seen in the bottom right of the main picture) up until October 29 to try your luck at winning some exceptional prizes.
