Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok To Host “Conscious Chill” in September

Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel has teamed up with mind experts Amora Pasricha and Anna Dyatchina to host the wellness-focused event “Conscious Chill.”

It encompasses a series of wellness activities to help people uplift their true spirit and live a more mindful life. The first is set to take place on September 3, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel.

“Conscious Chill” was founded by Amora Pasricha and Anna Dyatchina around March 2022 as the world began to return to normal after a two-year health crisis.

The founders hoped to accompany people as they immersed themselves in a more conscious life and looked beyond the concept of “Meditation” to understand that it is much more than just sitting down and closing their eyes.

Based on the fact that meditation can also be done through movement, sound, breath, or even journaling, Amora Pasricha and Anna Dyatchina organized the innovative event.

“Conscious Chill” activities include a spiritual journey that opens people’s hearts through the medicine of Cacao and allows them to physically free themselves and embrace the calm after the storm through dance and the power of sound.

The second option is a mystical journey that involves movement and journaling to help people recognize what comes between the life they live and the life they dream of.

As a third activity, there’s the physical journey, which combines high-intensity interval training with Kundalini Yoga, which leverages the power of breath within the human being to clear the mind and shift energies.

Finally, the fourth option is an exploration journey, an activity based on divine feminine dance with mystical touches that mixes the physical aspect with nutrition and health.

Other activities include tarot reading, chakra reading, and Vedic astrology reading by experts from all over Thailand. There will also be organic products for sale for those who want to create a more conscious life in their own homes.

Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok, Amora Pasricha and Anna Dyatchina invite people to join a day of live music, workshops, relaxation, massage, organic products and more for 444 baht per activity or 1,111 baht per journey (three activities).
