SET-listed developer Central Pattana (CPN) has recently revealed plans to elevate Go! Hotel to the number one position in the “Premium Budget Hotel” sector.
The expansion strategy includes launching Go! Hotel in four primary areas: Go! Hotel Bowin, Go! Hotel Banchang, Go! Hotel Chonburi, and Go! Hotel Si Racha, extending its reach into the Eastern Economic Corridor and leading tourist spots.
“We are confident about continuing with our hotel expansion in potential locations,” remarked Surang Jirattigalachote, the director of hotel development at CPN.
“We are moving forward with the premium budget hotel portfolio under the name Go! Hotel as we are committed to upgrading the holiday experience”, said Ms Surang.
“This is reflected in the quality design and high standard of services to ensure that all of our customers receive great value and convenience during their stay.
This will support increasing demand for staying at a budget hotel, which is becoming very popular”, she added.
She further detailed the brand’s ongoing expansion, mentioning, “We opened the first Go! Hotel in Bowin and we are currently expanding to three more locations — Go! Hotel Chonburi and Go! Hotel Si Racha, both in Chon Buri province, and Go! Hotel Banchang in Rayong province”.
Ms Surang pointed out that Go! Hotels generally benefit from proximity to Central or Robinson shopping complexes, enhancing the convenience factor for guests.
Echoing her sentiments, Phoom Chirathivat, head of hotel investments and operations at CPN, commented, “We intend to ensure that Go! Hotel fulfils the ‘bleisure’ lifestyle and is ‘top of mind’ for those who travel for business and leisure purposes nationwide”.
“Go! Hotel Bowin was launched as the first location and has received great feedback, with an occupancy rate of more than 80%. This allows us to see the importance and exponential growth of the budget hotel industry”, stated Mr Phoom.
He further underlined the universal appeal of Go! Hotels, stating, “Go! hotels are suitable for all generations and for all travel purposes and offer convenience with locations close to shopping centers”.
“Business travellers can also use Go! hotels to work in as we are equipped with functional workstations and sufficient plug sockets in every corner of the room”.
“A hangout corner with co-workers in the lobby is available 24/7. Our hotels are also perfect for tourists who visit local music festivals or for corporate groups that visit the area”, Mr Phoom said.
In light of these developments, the company is hosting an exclusive “Let’s Go! Hotel” promotional event at CentralWorld, spanning from today until September 24.
Situated on the third floor of the Eden Zone, the event presents enticing offers, including discounted stays and a chance to win a one-night stay for a mere 99 baht during Happy Hour, which runs from 12 am to 1 pm and again from 5 pm to 6 pm daily.
