The Puma CA Pro 911 ‘Dreams in Colours’ Edition is making its debut at the renowned street culture hub, CARNIVAL™ Bangkok.
This limited-edition sneaker collection is a collaborative venture between Porsche and PUMA, forming part of the “Dreams in Colours” event that celebrates thirty years of unbroken Porsche enthusiasm in Thailand.
Porsche has also joined forces with the innovative global music and media enterprise, 88rising, initiating the #Dreamsincolours TikTok challenge to inspire and enable budding Thai artists to realize their aspirations.
Designed to complement the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition, the vibrant sneaker series reflects the diversity of the exclusive 911 collection, created in tribute to the colourful Kingdom of Thailand.
The sports car was offered in seven distinctive colours, each symbolizing a specific day of the week in Thai tradition, and the entire range was snapped up not long after its launch.
Echoing the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS, the Porsche x PUMA CA Pro 911 ‘Dreams in Colours’ Edition is available in seven brilliant colours: Signal Yellow, Ruby Star, Signal Green, Pastel Orange, Riviera Blue, Ultra Violet, and Fire Red.
Honouring the year when Thailand became an official Porsche market, 1993, a total of 1,993 sneakers was produced in this daring collaboration.
Every shoe has been carefully colour-matched to the precise Porsche Paint-to Sample colours of the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition’s colour palette, and made with premium materials.
Fans of the sneaker and young Thai dreamers, like the owners of the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition, can select a shoe colour matching the day of their birth for an additional touch of fortune.
The shoe also features unique asymmetrical elements, such as the Porsche Paint-to-Sample colour code displayed on the left tongue and the corresponding day shown on the right tongue.
The insoles are also distinct for each side: on the left, there’s a Classic Porsche 964, and on the right, the 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition that matches the sneaker’s colour and day.
The collection is made truly exceptional with meticulous details like an exterior limitation number, a modern ‘911’ logo on the back pull tab, an exclusive edition sneaker box, and an assortment of additional exclusive accessories.
Porsche x 88rising #DreamsinColours TikTok Competition
During the exclusive release party at the CARNIVAL™ Bangkok flagship store in Siam Square, Pathum Wan, Porsche disclosed their collaboration with media firm 88rising to identify and promote emerging talents in Thailand.
Young artists eager to showcase their abilities are invited to participate by tagging #DreamsinColours on TikTok, with a lucky winner chosen to attend 88rising’s writing camp in either Los Angeles, USA, or Bali, Indonesia, to further enhance their creative skills.
The Porsche x PUMA CA Pro 911 ‘Dreams in Colours’ Edition was unveiled on 28 May 2023.
It is available through local streetwear giants CARNIVAL™ Bangkok, as well as at Porsche Studios ICONSIAM and Siam Paragon, and select PUMA outlets in Thailand from 28 May 2023. Each shoe is priced at THB 6,500.
