New Shopping Complex Central Westville To Open in November

Thailand’s leading retail property developer Central Pattana Plc has disclosed its intention to inaugurate the Central Westville shopping complex on Nov 29 this year.

In a collaboration with upwards of 300 renowned outlets, the company aims to advance the retail sector in western Bangkok and bridge Ratchaphruek with the Sathon area to bolster urban development.

The forthcoming mall is projected to reinforce Central Pattana’s stature as a premier retail developer by introducing a semi-outdoor retail concept.

This is the company’s first design that blends the “People & Pet Journey”, catering to the requirements of upscale lifestyle customers with a fondness for pets and a preference for living in close proximity to nature in all respects.

It is created under the theme of “The Bonding Park”, serving as a conduit between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Central Pattana’s executive vice-president of marketing, stated, “With every project of Central Pattana, we intend to create a new sensation for the city.”

The launch of Central Westville can be likened to a significant upgrade of the district, representing a prime destination that exhibits the potential of the area, he continued.

Situated in a strategically advantageous location in western Bangkok, Central Westville is poised to uplift the retail sector and city life, Nattakit noted.

The shopping complex presents a novel prototype for the future stage of semi-outdoor mall evolution and is the company’s maiden low-carbon mall.

Mr. Nattakit indicated that the novel product assortment includes numerous distinguished brands across categories, including some making their debut in Thailand.

He elaborated that the stylish and sought-after stores introducing fresh concepts serve the requirements of affluent lifestyle customers with high spending power residing in Ratchaphruek and nearby regions.

Moreover, enterprises under the Central Group such as Central Department Store, Tops, Power Buy, B2S, Supersports, OfficeMate, and Auto1 also cater to this customer base.

Mr. Nattakit stated that Central Westville’s catchment area encompasses over 400,000 individuals.

Central Westville, involving a total outlay exceeding 6.2 billion baht, is established on 40 rai of land with a total floor area of 93,000 square meters.
