Chatrium Grand Bangkok is a luxury hotel seamlessly blending the timeless charm of Thai customs with the splendor of global hospitality.

Proudly introducing a new era of “French Finesse in the Heart of Siam,” the premier dining spot, Casia, transports patrons to the fashionable avenues and sun-kissed coasts of the French Riviera.

Casia personifies a stylish French-Mediterranean eatery, radiating both elegance and refinement, while maintaining a sense of comfort and warmth.

Housed within this appealing environment, skillful chefs utilize top-tier ingredients sourced from Europe’s reputable suppliers, fused with local seasonal fare, to create irresistible menu items that epitomize their season’s essence.

The gastronomic crew is headed by Jerome Bondaz, Chef de Cuisine, an honoured food connoisseur whose impressive career has crossed paths with numerous Michelin-starred establishments across Europe and Asia.

Born in Évian, nestled at the foot of the French Alps, Chef Jerome has collaborated with culinary experts such as Santi Santamaria at Can Fabes, Barcelona’s multi-Michelin-starred restaurant, and Alain Ducasse at the renowned Le Louis XV and Le Grill in Monaco.

He is filled with anticipation and enthusiasm as he eagerly endeavors to bring forth the soul and essence of the enchanting Mediterranean coast, infusing it into the very heart of vibrant Bangkok.

His signature dishes at Casia, such as slow-cooked Veal Shank and Bresse Pigeon with carrot layers, offer a sensory delight. Beyond the primary à la carte options, a range of tasting menus promise to take guests on gastronomic journeys.

Additionally, Casia will regularly host culinary happenings, teaming up with niche suppliers, guest chefs, and prominent wine connoisseurs to further elevate Bangkok’s food scene.

The official grand opening of Casia to patrons is scheduled for 14th June 2023, with bookings starting from 1st June 2023.

Initially, Casia will cater dinner service from 6 pm to 10 pm from Wednesday through Sunday, before transitioning into lunch and daily operations at a future time.

This schedule positions it as an ideal spot for a variety of occasions, from impressive business lunches to memorable family dinners and romantic evenings.

For momentous events and occasions, a semi-private dining area is available to accommodate groups.
