Savour the Flavours of Catalonia at Embassy Room’s Brunch

Experience the flavours of Catalonia as the Embassy Room at Park Hyatt Bangkok proudly presents its latest offering – the Sunday afternoon brunch.

Starting from May 21, indulge in a delectable array of Catalan cuisine from midday to 3 pm, and discover a sensational blend of traditional and modern flavors at the heart of Bangkok.

For THB 2,900 per person, the brunch includes Cava and other Spanish beverages with a unique twist.

Indulge in a variety of mouth-watering dishes during the main course and shared sides, such as arros caldos de escamarlans i carxofes (langoustine with artichoke & juice rice), xai de llet (milk-fed lamb), and anec amb foie (duck breast and foie with PX reduction).

Additionally, the menu also includes col farcida amb butifarra negra (cabbage and blood sausage), and timbal de patates i mongeta (potatoes and green beans), providing a diverse selection of Catalan flavors to tantalize your taste buds.

For a sweet ending, guests can head to the poolside shaded terrace and savour a cigalo—a delightful blend of coffee and brandy.

Catalan native Chef Ferran Tadeo, previously at Hong Kong’s La Rambla, has joined Park Hyatt’s Embassy Room in Bangkok, transforming it into the city’s latest Catalan dining destination after the breakfast service concludes each day.

Drawing from his Catalan heritage and family recipes, Chef Tadeo is shining a light on this distinct culinary style.
