Casa Lenzi: Bangkok’s Newest Spot for Classic Italian Dishes

When thinking of Italian dining in Bangkok, Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen by Chef Francesco Lenzi often springs to mind as a long-standing favourite.

Following the launch of Nonna Nella, an authentic Italian eatery influenced by grandmother’s recipes, Chef Francesco Lenzi has now introduced Casa Lenzi to the culinary scene.

Casa Lenzi, much like its sister establishments, takes pride in utilizing select Italian ingredients sourced directly from a family-owned farm.

This commitment to quality shines through in their selection of award-winning Tuscan cheeses and high-quality meats.

The pasta menu at Casa Lenzi offers a culinary journey through Italy, featuring dishes ranging from a rich seafood risotto to heartwarming homemade meatball pasta.

While these dishes are rooted in tradition, innovative twists give these familiar favorites a unique flair.

Another standout feature of Casa Lenzi is their wood-fired oven, which is used to prepare a variety of grilled delicacies.

The menu includes premium cuts such as Australian Angus tenderloin, grain-fed Wagyu rib eye, and succulent Tasmanian lamb chop.

Leading the kitchen at Casa Lenzi is Chef Stefano Merlo, an Italian culinary expert with experience in some of Italy’s most prestigious kitchens, including the three Michelin-starred Le Calandre.

Chef Merlo brings his vast experience to Thailand, having previously managed well-known Italian restaurants like Enoteca, Rossini, and Jojo at the St. Regis.

Casa Lenzi is located at 9, Phrom Si Soi 2, and offers its exquisite dining experience from Thursday to Monday between 11:30am and 2pm, and again from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. On Wednesday, it opens from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.
