Bangkok’s First-Ever Plant-Based Mall, EKM6, Debuts in Ekkamai

The unveiling of Thailand’s first-ever entirely plant-based mall has taken place in the bustling core of Sukhumvit.

Positioned in Soi Ekkamai 6, EKM6 proudly establishes itself as a convivial gathering location that offers a mouthwatering array of vegan cuisine.

This represents a notable leap forward for the community of vegetarians and vegans in the pulsating heart of Bangkok.

EKM6, having been inaugurated this year, holds the honor of being the city’s first-ever plant-focused community hub, thereby signaling a new era for plant-based living in the metropolis.

The brainchild of Premika “Pam” Srichawla, the vision of EKM6 is to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for local entrepreneurial talent to showcase their sustainable products.

Adorned in a design that exudes both simplicity and minimalism, EKM6’s layout features expansive open spaces that allow the free passage of sunlight and air.

In addition, it offers a tranquil sanctuary for patrons to reestablish their connection with nature amidst the rapid pace of life in Bangkok.

The interior of EKM6 is partitioned into several distinct areas, including the KYND Kulture vegan café, the Plenti Grocer grocery outlets, serene yoga rooms, numerous retail spaces, and a lively marketplace.

Being a recent addition to the city, EKM6 is set to welcome a range of new vendors into the community in the not-so-distant future.

The overarching ambition of the venue is to operate as a motivating and inspiring plant-based hub, aiming to entice a larger audience to adopt and appreciate an environmentally-friendly and vegan lifestyle.
