The esteemed Wolseley Hospitality Group, which owns and operates several renowned London restaurants, including the iconic The Wolseley on Piccadilly and The Delaunay in Aldwych, is introducing its sophisticated European cuisine to Bangkok for a limited period.
Starting from today April 18th, Café Wolseley, the group’s inaugural international endeavor and a nod to its London flagship, will enthrall Bangkok gourmets and food enthusiasts with a European grand café experience. The venue will be open at Madison Restaurant in the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel for three months.
Blending British heritage with European magnificence, the restaurant offers Wolseley classics alongside modern innovations. Patrons can anticipate a menu filled with quintessential European dishes, ranging from Dressed Dorset Crab with brown crab mayonnaise and lemon to The Wolseley’s Coq au Vin and Crème Brûlée.
Appetizer standouts include Petit Plateau de Fruits de Mer, an assortment of oysters and shellfish from Paris’s Rungis Market, Steak Tartare, and Escargots à la Bourguignonne with a Pernod finish.
Egg-based dishes, a Wolseley menu mainstay, feature Omelette Arnold Bennett and Soufflé Suisse.
The entrée selection showcases classics from France, England, Germany, and Hungary, including Fillets of Lemon Sole Grenobloise, Whole Native Lobster, Wiener Holstein, and Goulash and Spätzle.
Desserts are exquisitely presented, with options like classic Apple Strudel, Mixed Berry Pavlova, and Coupe Lucian.
