Louis Vuitton has expanded its luxury brand into the culinary scene with the opening of a restaurant at the soon-to-reopen Gaysorn Amarin shopping center in Ratchaprasong.
This venture combines the opulence of fine dining with the allure of high fashion, marking the luxury label’s debut in the Southeast Asian gastronomic scene.
The renowned fashion house has entrusted this culinary jewel to superstar Chef Gaggan Anand, who is widely regarded for his innovative use of molecular gastronomy.
This move follows the glamorous paths laid by other fashion giants who have ventured into the gastronomic world, such as Ralph Lauren with Ralph’s Coffee, Armani with its Ristorante in New York City, and Tiffany & Co. with The Blue Box Café.
Chef Gaggan Anand isn’t just a name – he is an epicurean icon known for his dynamic presence on Netflix, his exclusive chef’s table experiences, and his larger-than-life personality.
Gaggan Anand Restaurant, a cozy 14-seat chef’s table, showcases his genius, alongside his creative ventures like Ms. Maria and Mr. Singh.
The launch of Gaggan at Louis Vuitton follows Louis Vuitton’s other successful ventures in the dining scene, including Le Café V and Sugalabo V in Osaka, and its chic summer café in Saint Tropez.
The Bangkok restaurant will offer an 8-course lunch for THB 4,000++ and a 17-course dinner for THB 8,000++, complemented by an exquisite selection of optional wine pairings starting from THB 3,500++.
True to Louis Vuitton’s signature elegance, a discerning dress code is expected at this venue – so dressing chic and stylishly is recommended!
Reservations will open starting March 1st. Gaggan at Louis Vuitton is located on the 2nd floor of the Gaysorn Amarin mall, welcoming guests daily from 12 pm to 12:30 pm and again from 6 pm to 7 pm.
