Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant Ready for Valentine’s Day

Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant is taking Valentine’s Day celebrations to another level.

Maître Cuisinier de France Chef Sylvain Royer and his team are planning an incredible 4-course menu to debut on February 12. For the price of TBH 1,500++ per person, customers can enjoy exquisite food.

Clients can enjoy the amazing opportunity from February 12th to 14th.

While some prefer a quiet dinner at home, customers who wish to enjoy Wine Bar & Restaurant will start off their candlelit dinner with an unforgettable cappuccino lobster bisque soup with foam cream.

Besides, the bar team will also deliver a welcome drink to all clients.

After that, no less than a Beef Tenderloin will follow, accompanied by fig and black truffle sauce and a black truffle mashed potato. If they prefer a different option, they can choose the Grilled Lamb Chop with green pea puree and slow-cooked banana shallot.

However, people who love seafood also have different options for the day.

If they want, they could go for the incredible Dry-Aged Tasmanian Salmon that will be pan-seared. Although it sounds like a one-of-a-kind experience, this is not all. The amazing fish will also include fennel, pumpkin puree, and salmon eggs.

They can also pick the Seafood Risotto, another delicacy offered by the Chef.

The Risotto will be served with scallops and tiger prawns, and it will be prepared with special rice from Chiang Mai. Finally, lovers can end their lovely evening with a Rose Raspberry Cream Sable for dessert.
