The St. Regis Bangkok announced a new collaboration that brings an interesting summertime treat: “The St. Regis Bangkok x Molto” afternoon tea experience.
It allows diners to enjoy the flavors of summer through a delicacy that will be available from July 1 to September 30, 2021, to take home and deliver.
Through collaboration with Molto, it will showcase the signature flavors of the artisan gelato maker, such as Kit Kat matcha, mango passion fruit sorbet, and Earl Gray.
Plus, the afternoon tea also brings “The St. Regis Blueberry Cheesecake,” created in homage to the brand’s legendary St. Regis New York cheesecake.
Chef Aey Anupong, The St. Regis Bangkok’s Executive Pastry Chef and finalist in Top Chef Thailand Dessert Edition, worked hard alongside the Molto team.
They made some adjustments to perfect The St. Regis Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream’s recipe before offering it for direct purchase with the ice cream maker until September 30.
“The St. Regis Bangkok x Molto” with The St. Regis Bangkok was the renowned company’s first collaboration with a hotel.
Chef Aey was inspired by The St. Regis destinations worldwide to create exquisitely presented bites with unforgettable flavors.
San Sebastien Cheesecake with Earl Gray Ice Cream, Nama Cheese Chocolate with Matcha Kit Kit Ice Cream, Ricotta Gianduja Cheesecake with Nutella Ice Cream, and The St. Regis Cheesecake Ice Cream Pop were inspired by The St. Regis addresses in Mallorca, Osaka, Venice, and Bangkok respectively, Chef Aey said.
Moreover, to balance the sweet sensations, there are tasty nibbles such as mini bagels with smoked salmon, mini prawn tacos, deviled quail eggs with caviar, and others.
“The St. Regis Bangkok x Molto” is priced at THB 1,600 net per set.
