The Dining Room Unveils “All About Crab” Buffet Line-Up

All crab lovers are invited to enjoy a unique dining experience at The Dining Room at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok this September.

Executive chef David Senia and his talented and experienced culinary team have created a mouth-watering “All About Crab” menu with sumptuous varieties and delicacies crafted in various styles.

Starting today, every Wednesday and Thursday, The Dining Room offers diners a feast with all-time favorite steamed, freshly cooked crab varieties served with delicious sauces and condiments.

Crab lovers can also enjoy extra hot delicious preparations such as creamy crab bisque with an all-butter puff pastry, baked crab claws with glass noodles, and crab cream croquette. Those looking for options with more local flavors can also try the Khao Soi curry noodles with crab.

The buffet also becomes a seafood paradise with the freshest treasures from the oceans, including exquisite Pacific white shrimps, flavorful New Zealand mussels, rock lobsters, and freshly shucked oysters.

The Dining Room also features an eye-catching carving corner where meat-loving diners can indulge in juicy premium cuts of beef, including prime sirloin steak garnished with peppercorn sauce and Australian lamb racks with red-wine and champignon sauce.
